The hotel provided a spacious room with a seating area under the tour group reservation, which offered a wonderful common space for our group to enjoy. The room was much larger, creating a day and night difference in our hotel experience. However, some aspects of the service lacked the expected knowledge and experience of a 4-star hotel.
